I felt apprehensive about my initial house clean.

 

The door opened and I encountered the homeowner, who appeared equally nervous. She apologised for the disarray.

 

Smiling, I remarked, "That's precisely why I'm here". It immediately eased the tension.

 

Two hours later, I inquired if she wished to inspect my cleaning, assuring her I'd promptly address any areas requiring attention.

 

Visibly relieved, her response conveyed that she felt at home again, in her own home.

 

I instinctively understood this sentiment, and with every subsequent clean, I've endeavored for each client to experience the same feeling..
